It's a warm and eclectic vibe that reflects founder Beth "Dutton" Hurwitz's unique taste, personality, and passion for craft distillers. When I'm there, I usually get a drink called the "100yr Old Cigar"—made by Bartender Cam's capable hands. But if you're feeling bold, ask him (or Graham) to "make it 200 years old." They'll smile and mix you up a special drink they made just for me.
