All aboard! The Fort Myers Murder Mystery Dinner Train isn’t just a meal, it’s a truly unique-to-SWFL experience—five courses served as a whodunit unfolds around you.
From the moment the train departs, you’re part of the show, with actors weaving through the cars dropping hints, red herrings, and a few groan-worthy jokes while you and your tablemates try to piece together the puzzle. Confession: I've never been able to figure out the mystery, since it's a bit difficult to keep up with the dialogue, but it's still a total blast.
While much of the train ride is through more industrial parts of Fort Myers, there's a truly special moment over the Caloosahatchee bridge where you may be lucky enough to catch a sunset.
Insider's note: groups of two are seated side-by-side so prepare to meet some new folks unless you bring a group of four.
All in all, it’s a campy night with decent food and a show guaranteed to spark conversation and laughs.
