“ I've had a lot of Indian food in my life and, to be honest, this might have been the most flavorful and delicious Indian cuisine I've ever encountered.

The restaurant brims of familial warmth and highlights Punjabi-inspired Indian food, with sauces are homemade by Sonia and her husband (the silent genius who works his magic in the kitchen). Together, they relocated first from the Punjab region of India to Germany, and then to Florida in pursuit of warmer climes and I (and my belly) am immensely grateful they did. It's very much worth a stop in.

But don't take my word for it—when I was last in there, I met a couple who regularly drive an hour to dine here because, in their words, "it's the most authentic Indian food we can find in the area" and "it reminds me of my childhood."

So, stop in, revel in the spices, and tell Sonia we said "Guten tag!" ”
